Phaedra Boinodiris is a seasoned business transformation leader at IBM, with over 15 years of relevant experience. As the Trust in AI Business Transformation Leader, she is responsible for helping clients mitigate the risks associated with scaling AI through a three-part offering that includes culture adoption, AI engineering, and governance. Phaedra has a strong background in cloud and AI consulting, having worked as an associate partner consulting to cloud and AI clients in media, entertainment, and high tech. She is also leading the Responsible AI initiative, which details best practices for organizations to follow to mitigate the risks of bias in AI. Phaedra is currently pursuing a doctorate in AI and Ethics through UCD's SMART lab in collaboration with NYU. In addition to her work in AI, Phaedra has also worked as a Blockchain Strategy and Design consultant, bringing together her knowledge of AI, data science, blockchain, and design to galvanize the blockchain network effect.
